transform code and is thus not really pretty.
* Moved code around to resize images. Somehow, this code does not work at
all and I don't know why.
* Added a default resolution of 100dpi at the places where images are
created. As soon as the new_image dialog box is operational, we should
cache this value. Also: some code in kis_doc to display images at the
correct resolution vis-a-vis the display resolution, but because zooming
is all over the place, this created problems elsewhere, so ifdeffed out.
