Drop support for Qt5
Being just a tool to generate code, not a shared library linked against, it can be already go Qt6 worlds now, would you agree?
Still needed for kdev-php at least (and kdev-qmake if it lives on?).
Any volunteer to do a 2.3 branch & release as follow-up? :)
