The first formatter in the list and its default style are not likely to
match a user's preferred style. Users who care about formatting should
configure it first.

Remove no longer necessary
SourceFormatterController::findFirstFormatterForMimeType(),
SourceFormatter::supportedMimeTypes() and
ISourceFormatterController::isMimeTypeSupported().
