Show empty sessions in data engine
Now empty sessions are displayed in the dataengine and consequently in the plasmoid. This makes the behavior consistent with the KRunner plugin providing sessions.
This also fixes the usecase where you have closed all projects in a session, but want to open the session to open/add projects.
