Restrict KParts keyboard shortcuts to their own view
Fix keyboard shortcuts being applied across multiple split views. Without limiting the shortcuts owned by the respective KPart (such as an Okular view), actions are called even if the Part is not currently active (like scrolling the Okular document when pressing space in another view).
