Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge kossebau/kdevelop:portwelcomepagetoqqc2 into master

KDevelop now depending on min Qt 5.7, the min Qml component versions all are bumped to that of Qt 5.7, as well as almost all QQC1 ported to QQC2 (besides Button, as QQC2.0 does not yet offer icons & texts on buttons)
