SourceFormatterSettings: emit changed() when a checkbox is toggled

Connections equivalent to the ones added in this commit were accidentally removed in 47f298ae. The added comment is a modified copy of the comment inside SourceFormatterSettings::somethingChanged() also removed in that commit.
