Improve integration of KTextEditor's Settings > Editor Color Theme menu

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/adapttoeditorcolorschememenu into master
  • adapt the action name for the window UI theme to be speficic, using same term as Kate
  • add group entry to ui.rc file used by KTextEditor to place the menu
