Allow FileMetata properties on desktop and recentlyused
Details tab is a baloo-widget provided tab, it is only available for the file protocol currently. But it should be able to support any protocol that have a local UDS_TARGET_URL (which concerns desktop:/, recentfiles:/).
trash:/ does not provide UDS_TARGET_URL, so it cannot work.
