Allow to build baloo-widgets with Qt 5 or 6

Merged Méven Car requested to merge work/meven/kf6-build into master

Allow to build for Qt5 or Qt6 depending if BUILD_WITH_QT6 is set. i.e cmake -DBUILD_WITH_QT6=ON ..

This is transparently set when using a kdesrc config targetting qt6.
