Update config for Qt6 builds on KDE CI

Is that

    'third-party/kdsoap': '@latest'

for the Qt5 builds still needed? Or can we rely on the official packages for the Qt5 version from openSUSE & FreeBSD?

Seems at least openSUSE provides (unofficial) kdsoap-qt6 by itself.
