FormComboBoxDelegate: Adopt same layout as text field delegates

Adopt the same layout in FormComboBoxDelegate as the text fields delegate. This means on desktop the combobox is underneath the text field. This increase the consistency and also fixes the issue where the combobox takes too much place and the label is wrapped.
