onboard: Support EuroWings Wings Connect

It is using the same backend as Lufthansa (which makes sense given both are Lufthansa Group companies), just with a different SSID and host name.

Using time at origin and elapsed flight time, we can calculate the expected departure time. Likewise using remaining time and time at destination we can calculate the expected arrival time.

Was able to show my location inside the airplane 😄
