Include country subdivision information

Stuart Dilts requested to merge sdilts/kweathercore:feat/include-state-or-country-subdivision into master

If available, include the country subdivision information for the location. This is the state, province, or other entity as specified in ISO 3166-2.

This will make it possible to distinguish between places with the same name in the same country, but in a different state / province.
