Don't convert CAP alert info enums to strings

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/remove-cap-enum-stringification into master

This was previously even translated and as such wasn't useful for anything but UI. And for UI you don't want the raw enum values anyway but need the proper explanatory texts as defined by CAP.

As none of this is used (and quite possibly shouldn't be used in client code anyway) we can freely change it and thus save the translators some needless work.
