Add kde_kwin_output_device_mode_v2 to handle output modes
This protocol evolution introduce org_kde_kwin_outputdevice_mode to handle modes.
A finished field in kde_outputdevice_mode_v2 to allow to discard modes, mode_id concept is removed, flags is replaced by preferred.
Current mode is still the last mode being sent before calling done.
