[feature request] Allow hiding and/or editting places menu
I find file managers like Nautilus in GNOME very annoying because of the rigid places menu full of places i personally rarely use but are in the way of getting to my frequently used folders. Right now if my index window is small i have to scroll down to use my bookmarks. Users are unable to re-arrange, add, edit the items in the places menu unlike dolphin. I think it's more space efficient to just allow people to use bookmarks and places as the same thing like dolphin does. If people accidentally remove an important place, there can easily be a settings menu item to restore default places items or something. An alternative is to allow hiding sections like places so that only bookmarks can be used.
