providers: Update all providers

The service providing data for the properties 'ratingImObservatoryClientToServer' and 'ratingImObservatoryServerToServer' is not available anymore. To not affect the categorization and to keep the properties until there is a replacement for the former service, their 'content' fields are set to 'A' for all providers.
