Thomas Zander authoredthe toolmanager loads tools from all libraries that ship a .desktop file with the serviceType KOffice/Tool. They will then automatically appear in the toolBox of the application and change the tool on the canvas should the user click it. svn path=/trunk/koffice/; revision=549110
