Remove amarokpkg

Tuomas Nurmi requested to merge nurmi/amarok:removeAmarokpkg into master

It doesn't seem to have any function in Qt5/KF5 context applet system any more. At least it isn't referred to in sources, and compiling and installing amarokpkgless sources on a clean(?) system produce a working context view. Probably was needed with Qt4/KDE4 plasmoidy context view.
