More context applet improvements

Bump QML dependencies, port some parts QtControls1 -> 2 and replace SystemPalette usage with Kirigami.Theme.palette in those, in case that might fix some strange text colour issues.

Remove deprecated KDeclarative usage, which apparently didn't actually do anything any more.

Use custom QNetworkAccessManagers in Photos applet to fix loading of some Flickr Photos

Change lyrics provider from defunct LyricWiki to Lyrics.ovh.
