Tuomas Nurmi requested to merge nurmi/amarok:kfDeDeprecations into master

Remove deprecated QPixture, QPixmap and KPluginInfo usages, replace KNS3::DownloadDialog with KNS3::QtQuickDialogWrapper, comment out script API check. Not thoroughly tested, but most of the changes are in functionalities that weren't completely functional in the beginning, either.
