WIP: Upnp integration

Partially fix integration of UPnP/DLNA browsing.

My plan is to modify this to allow user to activate/disactivate UPnP integration (due to network access and usage).

I would like to use this as a pretext to develop the support for plugins inside Elisa (for example add support for some network services, ...).
