add few selected radios

  • Upon installing manjaro for the first time and opening elisa I was surprised SomaFM is not amongst the radios out of the box
  • I have also added two chiptune oriented stations - The SID Station and SLAYradio
  • adapted the test databaseinterfacetest.cpp
