Add about KDE dialog

Reason for the change

This adds the about KDE dialog provided by kirigami-addons to elisa (as requested here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=442312)

Test plan

I tested if it builds and as it affects nothing else I didnt check other things. The change is pretty straightforward: All menus that contain an "About Elisa" entry now also contain an "About KDE" entry.
