Configuration Dialog: use standard buttons for the button box

Reason for the change

Benefit:

  1. We get free translations from Qt
  2. Buttons should automatically adapt to the current platform

Downside: having to set the Apply button's enabled property like this feels a bit hacky (I would like to look into this more and see if I can rewrite it using a Binding)
