Reduce minimum window size
Shrinks the minimums from the 1110 by 600 to 720 by 393 (which keeps the aspect ratio of the absolute minimums) Allows for neat slotting on a 1080 or 720 pixel wide monitor( vertical orientation of a 1080p or 720p monitor has horizontal res of 1080 or 720).
