Split out metadata view into separate track and stream information windows

In preparation for metadata writing. While it looks like some code duplication between the two views now, they will start to differ considerably in the future anyway. Additionally, already makes the other code a lot cleaner. Only visible change is the missing url at the bottom of the view for the stream view, since it is redundant with the streaming address.
