Add a menu item in the Subtitles header button and menubar to open a subtitle file

Currently adding a subtitle file is only possible through drag-and-drop. This is not obvious, so this MR adds menu items to the Subtitles header button and menubar to open a file dialog from where they can add subtitle files.
