Flatpak: read host's kdeglobals file

When running the published Flatpak version of Haruna from the Flathub and Fedora repositories, my KDE theme (Breeze Dark) was not honored. Enabling this setting graphically in the KDE Settings application under Applications -> Flatpak Permission Settings -> Haruna fixed the issue.
