complete-media-error and media-insert-request are not part of the spec but they are available in KDE's Oxygen and Ocean sounds. From my understanding, if a user selects a third-party sound theme in the new System Sounds KCM in Plasma 6 that doesn't offer those sounds, the system will automatically fall back to Oxygen. Is that right, @iasensio ?
