Remove the specific shutter sound

Ismael Asensio requested to merge work/iasensio/remove-shutter-sound into master

Providing a custom shutter sound is no longer needed, since we use the camera-shutter sound provided by the global sound theme.

This sound is also provided by the fallback theme (freedesktop).

Addition to !17 (merged). Should be merged when the next release depends on KF6
