Draft: Show download progress also on entry page

So far, there was no progress feedback at all when starting a download on the entry page. Use the toolbar background as progress indicator while a download is running.

I still need a bit help with this one, since I'm not quite happy regarding the background color interfering with the highlighted border of the toolbar action buttons. Any ideas how to deal with this?
