Show chapters in the progress slider

Tobias Fella requested to merge work/chapterslider into work/develop

Two small TODOs left:

  • Fix the end of the slider not being rounded
  • Prevent the handle from jumping around while it is dragged

Another two small TODOs left:

  • Highlight current chapter as soon as it begins (ignore the visual gap between the chapters)
  • Remove small jump when changing the position

depends on frameworks/kirigami!1419 (merged)
