Project fps change without saving
Currently, it's impossible to change the fps of a project and not make a save file.
It's a little annoying saving an empty project just because you decided to use a different fps.
The current dialogs support this already.
When changing a projects fps, firstly there is a warning about the side effects of an fps change, and you are given the option to proceed or cancel.
Then kdenlive asks you whether you want to create a save file, and gives you three options.
Yes - create the save file. Cancel - Cancel the current operation. No - This also cancels the operation, and in my opinion it is the wrong action. Since the user already indicated that the intention is to change the fps of the project, this option should change the fps of a project without creating the save file.
