Details of the report:
Hello KDE team,
We received a report that Smart App Control is blocking KDENLive. This is due to unsigned tmp files in the MSI.
These installers are unpacking and executing unsigned temp MSI and binary files. Our recommendation is to sign these files to ensure they will work as is with Smart App Control. OEMs can work with their ISVs to ensure these files are signed before packaging the app. Alternatively, you can create and sign your own catalog file for these apps. You may want to use the inbox utility called PackageInspector to help you create catalog files for the apps you bundle on your devices and sign the catalog with your own certificate to ensure compatibility.
