Titler background is taken on the wrong place. (cursor need to be moved when there is a double-click)

Just made some test to understand BUG: #837 (closed) and finally (thank you Julius for the new double-click funztion on timeline.. this spotted the bug)

and seems that the background frame is taken from somewhere if i edit the title directly on PROJECT BIN.. but taken from the timeline cursor is i'm using the "Julius" method.

well... finally this can be fixed, Julius need (probably) to move timeline cursor on the place the double click was made before opening the dialog (clip lenght ... or title edit)

and this make the Titler backgrounds finally works on Windows - OPENGL (not on directx mode)

first video: ( double click on timeline) agnKaOM6ds

and second one: (editing from project bin) apLaUTK7dv

Not sure that on project bin a background is needed because the title ca be placed everywhere and also on multiple places...
