Remove DVD Wizard

This is currently only a preparation. It is not finally decided yet if the DVD Wizard should be removed. See #1005 (closed) for the discussion.

Questions:

  • Is it right to remove libdvdread (i.e. is it only used for the DVD wizard)?
  • Are there any dependencies that can be removed from the appimage build scripts?
