Reorder and clean up data dir

Julius Künzel requested to merge work/reorder-data-dir into master
  • Move movit, ladspa and sox effect xml files in to own dirs
  • Fix ladspa xml files were not installed
  • Move KNewStuff config files into own dir
  • Remove some pngs and icons that are not used in the code
