Handling profile change in subtitleEdit

if fps changes when profile is changed, then in subtitleEdit the start and end of the subtitle is calculated by fps from the previous profile

try to fix this

And offtop question: Can I setup Mirroning repositories? I wanna to pull from Multimedia/Kdenlive to my fork automatically

Gitlab tells me "Mirror settings are only available to GitLab administrators."
