add zone-in/zone-out to contextual mouse menu for clip monitor

Hello, first contribution, problem is the suggestion from issue #1508 (closed), I added a new parameter to the setupMenu function in monitor in order to have access to the manager item.

Things that should be considered before merging afaik are:

  • The placement of the items(currently just sitting there)
  • if there is a way to access manager already and i just did a mess
