Stop installing kdenliveui.rc also as separate file, next to Qt resource

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/nolongerinstalluircfile into master

a05588ba made the file deployed as Qt resource, so there is no more need to also explicitly install another copy.
