Import whole hierarchy when adding folder

Aurélien Bertron requested to merge abertron/kdenlive:feature/import-folders-button into master

Fix #240 (closed)

When I add a folder it now creates whole hierarchy instead of parents of clips.

I also made a refactoring by moving all actions related to bin (add clip, create folder, etc.) from MainWindow to Bin.
