Set Default Audio Capture Bin

Christopher Vollick requested to merge psycoticazero/kdenlive:cv_audio_capture_changes into master

In the project bin you can now check a box on a folder, and any audio recordings you make on an audio record track will be put there automatically.

I basically just copied the code for "Set Default Sequence Folder", since this does basically the same thing.

I've made a new i18n string here, but haven't touched the .po files... Hopefully someone can let me know how that works...
