Add some XML descriptions to have the default Effects panel translated

Yuri Chornoivan requested to merge yurchor/kdenlive:new_xml_descriptions into master

Tested to be extractable and translatable (coloredit name property is untranslatable but that's the different story).

Tested in vivo on simple clips.

Descriptions were copied from frei0r 1.6.1 and MLT 6.17 sources.
