Change default Invidious instance to yewtu.be

Bart Ribbers requested to merge bribbers/plasmatube:default-instance into master

The previous one has been down for a while and isn't listed on https://api.invidious.io/ yewtu.be allows signups and is listed on https://api.invidious.io/ with the most users, thus it should be relatively safe as a default
