Add loading placeholders in trending and search pages

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/loading-placeholders into master

Channels already had a loading placeholder, but they were missing in the trending and search pages. I added placeholders for those, and also updated the strings to include the proper ellipses character.
