Remove comment

Aaron Dewes requested to merge aarondewes/wayland-jammy:aarondewes-Neon/unstable-patch-18434 into Neon/unstable

The last commit here introduced a line that was commented out. Apparently, you can not comment out build dependencies, and since then, wayland builds have been failing.

This seems to have caused kwin not to be built anymore, and currently broke my system.
