Cherry-pick from unstable to allow pipewire-pulse as a pulseaudio replacement
As more and more people are investigating pipewire as a more mature, stable and wayland compatible replacement for pulseaudio, plasma-pa should not stand in their way.
This issue is already fixed in "unstable", but there's nothing unstable about it - it should have been fixed in a recent release.
