Add possibility to select color theme

Alois Spitzbart requested to merge loisspitz/alligator:SelectColorTheme into master

Add listbox to select a different color theme. In Android it does not follow the system colors light/dark. The changes are made like in Kasts.

I hope is is correct to add the files colorschemer.cpp, colorschemer.h and the Licence file.
